Click Kutools > Indents > Remove All Spaces/Tab Indents. See screenshot:

Notes:
1. Remove All Space/Tab Indents option only can remove space or tab indents. Space indents are making indentations made by clicking Space key; tab indents are making indentation by clicking Tab key. See screenshot:
2. Remove All Space/Tab Indents option cannot remove other indents, such as:
Left indents, which are making indentations by left indent maker (if you want to remove all left indents, go to Quickly remove all left indents in Word), see screenshot:
Right indents, which are making indentations by right indent maker (if you want to remove all right indents, go to Quickly remove all right indent in Word), see screenshot:
Hanging indents, which are making indentations by hanging indent maker, see screenshot:

Remove all space or tab indents from the whole document.
If you have a Word document with space/tab indents existing in the beginning of the line as shown in bellow screenshot, and you want to remove all of them in a second, you can get it done as follows:
1. Put your cursor on the current document and then apply this utility by clicking Kutools > Indents > Remove All Spaces/Tab Indents.
2. After clicking Remove All Space/Tab Indents, all space/tab indents will be removed immediately from the whole document. See screenshots:
