Quickly select all blank / empty paragraphs in Word

When you need to remove or delete all blank paragraphs from document, the much easier way would be you can quickly select all blank or empty paragraphs of the document. Kutools for Word’s Select Blank Paragraphs utility can quickly select all blank / empty paragraphs of whole document or a part of the document.

Click Kutools > Paragraphs > Select Blank Paragraphs. See screenshot:

Supposing you want to remove / delete all blank paragraphs from a document as shown in the below screenshot, you can quickly select all blank paragraphs first and then press Delete key on the keyboard to delete them all as follows:
1. Please apply the utility by clicking Kutools > Paragraphs > Select Blank Paragraphs.
2. A Kutools for Word dialog box pops up to tell you how many blank paragraphs have been selected, click OK to close it.
Then all blank paragraphs will be selected as shown in the below screenshots:

If you just want to quickly select all blank paragraphs from a part of the document, you can quickly get it done as follows:
1. Please select and highlight a part of the document and then click Kutools > Paragraphs > Select Blank Paragraphs.
2. Then a Kutools for Word dialog box pops up to tell you how many blank paragraphs are selected, please click OK.
At the same time, blank paragraphs in selected range are selected at once as the below screenshot shown:
