Re-run last Utility:

Reapply the latest utility you have applied from Kutools for Excel.

Setting Center:

If the Kutools for Excel has been disabled accidentally, you can enable it in the setting center. You can clean the settings of Kutools for Excel in the setting center too.

Features have been updated in new version:

Navigation Pane:

Adds Close button for closing workbook in the workbooks pane.

Range Randomize Utilities:

Adds Insert random strings option to insert random characters or customized formatting characters (such as email address: ?????@??.com).

Delete Tools:

Combines all types of delete tools in one place. It’s convenience for deleting specified objects in worksheet.

Currency Conversion:

Adds Swap Currency button for swapping currencies between left and right.

Combine (Rows or Columns):

Adds “Combine into one cell” operation, and the option of “Place the results to”.

Merge Workbook:

Adds Order button for you to rearranging the worksheets order before apply the merge operation.

Copy Multiple Worksheets:

Removes the New option from this utility and supports copy the selected worksheets a specified times in the current workbook.

Supports Cancel Operation:

When the utility of Kutools for Excel need to process huge data, it will display a progress bar with a Cancel button for canceling this operation.

Sort Sheets:

Displays original sheet tab order and new sheet tab order in the Sort Sheets dialog box, it’s quite useful for knowing what the sheet tab order is after applying this operation.

Backup Current Workbook:

This utility has been renamed as Track Snap, which can take a snapshot of the current workbook with one click at any time, and click on the snapshot item will restore the workbook to the snapshot. Please note that this utility will only keep the snapshot available before closing the workbook, if the workbook has been closed, all snapshots of the workbook will be cleaned.

Superscript / Subscript Formatting:

Adds Color option for changing the font color of the character.

Date Picker:

This utility has been built as two separated utilities “Date Picker” and “Apply Date Formatting” under Date Tools. Adds “Intelligent input” option in Date Picker. Adds Preview pane in “Apply Date Formatting”.

Set Scroll Area:

Removes the utility dialog box, and update it to with one click to apply this utility for hiding unselected range.

Insert Sequence Number:

Adds Preview pane in the Create New Sequence dialog box.

Text Tools:

This utility has been built as five separated utilities “Change Case”, “Add Text”, “Remove by Position”, “Remove Spaces” and “Delete Characters”. And each utility has been built with Preview pane.

Kutools Calculator:

In the previous version, the Get button can only be used to get one number, if you use it to get the second number for calculating, the first number will be replaced with the second number. This problem has been fixed in the new version.

Unit Conversion:

Redesign the interface of this utility, and adds an option to insert the converted result in a cell.

Force Values in Cells:

Adds Number to Text option for forcing the numbers in Excel will be recognizing as text, and adds related figure illustration for each option.

Alternate Row Shading:

Adds alternate shading according to columns and the Shade every option can be entered number directly now, so you don’t need to select a number form the drop-down list.

Create Sequence Worksheets:

The Month names and Day Names option supports you to select the specified months or days name for creating worksheets. And the Custom list option supports you with an option to get the worksheet names of current workbook for creating new worksheets.

Export Range to File:

Adds export range to text option.

Filename List:

Adds an option for user to specify file types will be listed in the filename list.

Select Specific Cells:

This utility has been redesigned the interface, and the Selection type option has been changed.

Supports Press Esc to close all the utilities:

All utilities can be closed by pressing Esc button.

Upgrade the installation package:

The installation is much faster.

Some minor errors have been fixed in new version:

Fixed: when the Navigation Pane is off, it cause slowly open a workbook.
