Ikiwa una data mbalimbali kama inavyoonekana kwenye skrini iliyo chini, na unataka kupasuliwa haraka data hii katika karatasi nyingi za kazi kulingana na safu A katika kitabu cha vitabu kwa kupiga kila jina katika karatasi mpya. Kwa mfano, wote Kelly itagawanywa kwenye karatasi moja. Unaweza kuifanya kama ifuatavyo:

1. Tafadhali chagua aina ambayo unataka kupasuliwa katika karatasi nyingi za kazi kulingana na safu. Tip: Ikiwa umechagua aina tofauti na kichwa, tafadhali angalia Data yangu ina vichwa vya habari chaguo.

2. Na kisha kutumia matumizi kwa kubonyeza Kutools Zaidi > Karatasi ya > Split Data. Ndani ya Weka Tarehe katika Kazi nyingi za Kazi sanduku la mazungumzo, tafadhali chagua Safu maalum na kisha taja safu ambayo unataka kupasua data kulingana na orodha ya kushuka.

3. Tafadhali taja jina jipya la kazi. Unaweza kutumia Vigezo vya Column kama jina jipya la majarida. Unaweza pia aina katika Kiambatisho au Suffix kwa jina la kazi.

4. Bonyeza OK kupasua data. Angalia skrini:

Iwapo una data mbalimbali kama inavyoonekana kwenye skrini iliyo chini, na unataka kupasuliwa haraka data hii katika karatasi nyingi za kazi kulingana na namba safu, kwa mfano, ugawanye kila safu ya data ya 5 kwenye karatasi mpya ya kitabu katika kitabu hicho. Unaweza kupata chini kama ifuatavyo:

1. Tafadhali chagua aina ambayo unataka kupasuliwa katika karatasi nyingi za kazi kulingana na safu zote za 5.

2. Na kisha kutumia matumizi kwa kubonyeza Kutools Zaidi > Karatasi ya > Split Data. Ndani ya Weka Tarehe katika Kazi nyingi za Kazi sanduku la mazungumzo, tafadhali chagua Safu zisizohamishika na kisha taja safu ya safu katika sanduku.

3. Tafadhali taja jina jipya la kazi. Unaweza kutumia Hesabu za Nambari kama jina jipya la majarida. Unaweza pia aina katika Kiambatisho au Suffix kwa jina la kazi.

    There seems to be an issue with the Kutools "Copy Page Setup" print function when used in Office 365 as it isn't able to copy the "Fit All Columns on One Page" setting to the other worksheets. Instead it uses the "Fit Sheet on One Page". Tried finding the printer default settings for the worksheets created by Kutools, but wasn't successful - it doesn't seem to use the settings from the default template? How can this be achieved?

    Has there been a resolution to this? I am unable to split data into multiple worksheets based on the content of a column.

      I'm having a similar issue with this feature not working.
      seems to copy of of sync. believe its to do with there being only single entries for some of the data.
      cant work out why its not using the selected headers and replacing them with the first entry

    In my previous comment, the data I was splitting was in a table. Once I converted it to a range, I didn't have the problem with the record. The formatting issue still remains.

      We are going to enhance this utility to accomplish the Table data and try to support keep formatting in upcoming version. :-)

      We are working on it.
