Hello,
Kutools has a tool to find duplicate contacts. What about duplicate emails? I have noticed that duplicates occur when a server sends a duplicate because of timing issues.

Hi wpa1733,
    Click Duplicate Emails from the drop-down list of Delete Duplicate under the tab Kutools. Then you can follow the dialog boxes to delete duplicate emails as you need.
