Can't add a group a basically can't do anything with the resource library as I can't create a group name. Always getting the result; Kutools for excel - Fail to create group, please try it again.

If the issue persists, you can submit an error report by following these steps in Kutools for Excel: On Kutools tab, select Help > Settings Center. In the pop-up window, select Error Susmission.
