Not sure if this got posted, did not see this in the Kutools for Outlook forum.
I am using MS Office Outlook 365 locally on my computer. We do not have an Exchange server, just the Office 365 cloud.
Here is my dilemma. We have a vendor that sends us alert emails that need generic responses.
We would like to create an auto-reply with the ORIGINAL subject from the alert email, and a generic message back, "ACK" , acknowledging the alert.
Another alert needs the same scenario, needs the same subject in the auto response. It needs a response (auto-reply) with a generic response of "Please escalate and contact the ISP to determine the root cause of the outage. Thank you"
