Excel: Open current directory/folder of active workbook (Open Containing folder)

When we open workbooks from "Recent" in Excel 2007/2010 backstage view frequently, we may forget workbooks' saving path, however, Excel 2007/2010 doesn't support to open the folder that contains active workbook. The Open Containing Folder feature of Kutools for Excel will easily open the folder that contains current workbook, and select this workbook.

Click "Kutools" >> "Workbook Tools" >> "Open Containning Folder". See screen shot Fig.1.

Usage:

1. Click the "Workbook Tools" button under "Kutools" tab, and click the "Open Containing Folder" option;

2. Then the folder that contains current workbook will be opened in Window Explorer, and this workbook is selected.

Note:

Users could not use this utility if they have never saved the current workbook.
