How to stop rounding large numbers in Excel
In Excel, when you type a number which length too large, Excel will shrink the number like this: 44221456784986 > 4.42215E+13, or when round the number like this: 44221456784986868 > 44221456784986800. This tutorial will tell you how to avoid Excel auto shrinking or rounding the large numbers.You can directly view vedio tutorial:

Note: the methods provided in this tutorial are tested in Excel 2021, there may be some different in different Excel verisions.
Excel does not round numbers whose length is less than 12-digit, but if the column width is too narrow to place the large number, it will auto round the numbers like screenshot below shown:
In this case, just drag the column width wider to show the number.
If the length of number is more than 11-digit but less than 16-digit, Excel will auto round it even though the width of the column is wide enough.
In this case, you can format the cell as number.
Select the numbers that you want to prevent rounding, then click Home tab, and go to the Number group to choose Number from the Number format drop-down list.
If the length of the number is more than 15-digit, Excel will auto round the digits as zero from the 16th digit even the cell has been formatted as number. For example, 4422146567888760675 > 4422146567888760000 as below screenshot shown:
In this case, you can format the cells as text before typing the numbers
Select the cells that you want to prevent rounding when typing large numbers, then click Home tab, and go to the Number group to choose Text from the Number format drop-down list.
Then when you type large numbers, it will keep all digits.
Tip:
1) If you have entered numbers before formatting text, the number will be shown as ####.
2) If you do not want to shown the warning icon, just click it and choose Ignore Error.
Generally, Excel auto round decimal numbers and keep some digits in the fraction. For stopping rounding the decimal numbers, you can change the decimal places.
Select the numbers then press Ctrl + 1 to enable the Format Cells dialog, under Number tab, click Number from the list of Category, and in right section, modify the Decimal places. Then Click OK.
