Copy row dataset to another sheet, based on a given value assigned to that row

I was hoping someone could help to explain or write a formula.  I need to pull/reference data from one sheet on another, and sort it by a value in one column.  Essentially i want to sort the contents of the rows based on the value assigned to the row.  I attached images of a general idea of what im trying to do, first attachment is sheet 1 second is sheet 2.

Id really appreciate it if anyone could help me with this.
