In the Split file folder, you will see the language.xml file too. It's a backup of the Language file. If the language file in this folder "C:\Users\Public\Documents\ExtendOffice\OutlookKutools" has been cracked down, you can use the language file in the Split folder to replace the language file in the folder.
Please copy and paste the language file into a new folder in your computer for translation. After translation, please copy and paste the language.xml into the customize language file folder "C:\Users\Public\Documents\ExtendOffice\OutlookKutools" and replace the original file.
