How to help us translate Office Tab from English into your language?
If you're interested in translating the software from English into another language (your language), please go to edit and translate the languages file which is located at the installation folder and is usually: "C:\Users\Public\Documents\ExtendOffice\WordKutools".
For helping us translate the software, please go to download and install the latest version of Kutools for Word from here first.
Please open your Microsoft Word application after installing the software, and navigate to the Kutools or Enterprise tab and then click Language >> Customize. It will display the Customize Language dialog box. See screenshots:

Please go to the Customize Language file floder location by clicking Goto Customize Language, and you will see a language.xml file and the Split file folder in the customize language file folder. See screenshot:
In the Split file folder, you will see four language files in it. See screenshot:
Language-Trns: It includes all language file of the software.
Language-TrnsForm: It includes all dialog language file (the language displaying in the dialog box) of the software.
Language-TrnsRibbon: It includes all Ribbon language file (the language displaying in the Ribbon) of the software.
Language-TrnsSupertip: It includes all supertip language file (the language displaying in the supertip) of the software.
*Note: If you want to help us translate the software but you don't have much time to help us translate all the language of the software, you can choose to help us translate a part of the language, and we can also send you a free license once ensure the quality. Please always choose to help us translate the Language-TrnsRibbon first for any languages.
Please copy and paste the language file into a new folder in your computer for translation. After translation, please copy and paste the language.xml into the customize language file folder "C:\Users\Public\Documents\ExtendOffice\WordKutools" and replace the original file. Tip: If you are going to help us translate a part of the language file, such as the Language-TrnsRibbon.xml, please rename the Language-TrnsRibbon to Language.xml first and then replace the original file in "C:\Users\Public\Documents\ExtendOffice\WordKutools".
Please restart your Microsoft Word Applications to take effect. If there is nothing wrong in your language file, the software will display in your language.

Please don't modify the following terms and special characters in the language file.

Please don’t change the encoding of the language file. The encoding of the language file should always be UTF-8.
