Autonumber is cell text = "Station"

Hello,
I have a sheet that i need column A to autonumber/Count if Column B does not contain the word "station" and column A is updated if rows are inserted or Deleted. I can do the soutnumber through VBA and by creating a table but cant figure the rest out
