Filtering by to times (start and end)

Hello, I have a report with 2 time column, a start time (the time someone loaded a web page) and the end time (when they left the page).

What I am trying to find is for example, someone might have loaded the streaming page at 3pm and left at 5pm. I want to know everyone that was looking at that page between 3:45pm and 4:10pm for example.

So somehow I need to use both columns to look for the time frame.

Is there a way to do that with my Kutools add on?
