Converting an awkward spreadsheet to something more usable

Hi, I have a sheet with data in cells that is comma separated values but some with possibly 40 values in a cell, I have separated them into columns of cells but as the multiple values in Col C relate to data in Col's A and B, I want to rearrange it into a 3 column table with multiple rows for the extra values in the cell. I have appended a file which hopefully explains the conundrum. The parent sheet has about 4000 rows of data, hence the desire to automate.Row 14 data in Col's C, D, E and F, the eventual output I need is shown in rows 21-24 where cells A14 and B14 has been repeated for each separate value in the columns to the right (in the case of row 13, there are about 22 values to the right.If anyone has a solution to this, it would be hugely appreciated!Many thanks, Duncan
