Sometimes, you may need to replace all non-blank cells with same text in the selected range. To replace all non-blank cells in a range, you must select them first. With the Select Nonblank Cells utility of Kutools for Excel, you can select all non-blank cells from a range with just one click.

Click Kutools > Select > Select Nonblank Cells. See screenshot:

1. Select the range with non-blank cells you want to select.
2. Click Kutools > Select > Select Nonblank Cells. See screenshot:
3. Then a dialog box comes out and tells you how many nonblank cells have been selected in the specified range. Click the OK button to close it.
So far all nonblank cells have been selected as below screenshot shown:
Note: This feature also can be applied to multiple sections in a worksheet.
