Office Tab: How to display or hide all open windows on the taskbar?

If you want to know how to display or hide all open windows on the taskbar with Office Tab enabled, you can get it done as follows:

Display or hide all open windows on the taskbar in Office 2003, 2007 and 2010

Display or hide all open windows on the taskbar in Office 2013 and later version


Display or hide all open windows on the taskbar in Office 2003, 2007 and 2010

If you want to display all open windows of Office applications on the taskbar with Office Tab enabled, please check Display all windows in the taskbar option in Office Tab Center.

For instance, if you check this option in Tabs for Excel, you will have all open Excel windows displaying on the taskbar as shown in the below screenshot.

Tips:

1. If you don’t want to display all open windows of specific Office application on the taskbar, please uncheck Display all windows in the taskbar option in the Office Tab Center for specific Office application.

2. This option is unavailable for Word 2003, 2007 and 2010.


Display or hide all open windows on the taskbar in Office 2013 and later version

If you are using the Office 2013 or later version, to hide or display the open windows in taskbar, please go the Office Tab Center, and check Show all documents in task bar as you need, see screenshot:

Then save the setting, and all open files have been displayed in the taskbar, see screenshot:

Tips:

1. If you want to hide all open windows of specific Office application on the taskbar, please uncheck Show all documents in task bar option in the Office Tab Center for specific Office application.

2. This option is available for Word 2013 and later version.
