How to create data bar with conditional formatting in Excel?
If you have a range data as below screenshot shown, and can you show a bar in the Now Progress (%) column in Excel? Actually, you can create the data bar with Conditional Formatting feature to visually show the progress in Excel.

To create data bar is not complex, please do as these steps:
1. Select cells you want to create data bar, and click Home > Conditional Formatting > New Rule. See screenshot:
2. In the New Rule dialog, do follow operation:
Select Format cells based on their values in the Select a Rule Type list;
Select Data Bar from Format Style’s drop down list;
Select Number in both of Minimum and Maximum lists, and type 0 and 100 in each text boxes;
Specify the fill color you need. See screenshot:
3. Click OK to close the dialog. Now you can see the data bars are created.
