When printing a worksheet, it normally prints from the first page to the last one. But Kutools for Excel’s Print Pages in Reverse Order can reverse the printing order, and print active worksheet from last page to the first one with only one click in Excel.

This utility can print all pages of active worksheet in backward order by only one click in Excel.

1. Apply this feature by clicking Kutools Plus > Printing > Print Pages in Reverse Order.

2. In the Print Specified Pages dialog box, please configure as follows.

2.1) In the Range section, specify the pages you want to print. By default, the All pages option is selected;

2.2) In the Copies section, specify the copies you will print;

2.3) Make sure the Print in reverse order box is checked;

2.4) Click the Print button to start printing pages. See screenshot:
