How to Use Spell Out Numbers

Step 1. Select the cells containing numbers

Select the cells that contain the numbers you want to convert.

Step 2. Open the Spell Out Numbers feature

Go to ZKUTOOLS > Convert > Spell Out Numbers.

Step 3. Select the output language

The Spell Out Numbers dialog box appears. In the Language list, choose the language in which you want the numbers to be spelled out.

The Preview pane updates automatically to display both the original values and the converted results in the selected language.

Step 4. Apply the conversion

Click OK or Apply to convert the numbers immediately.

Result

The selected numbers are converted into currency words in the selected language.

Notes:

Depending on the selected language, one or two conversion options are available.

• Do not convert to currency
  By default, numbers are converted into currency words.

  If you don't want the number to be treated as a currency value, simply select Do not convert to currency. Numbers are converted into plain number words instead of currency wording.

  This option is available for all supported languages.
• Do not add commas
  When English is selected, an additional option named Do not add commas is available.
  Enable this option if you want the converted English text to be generated without thousands separators.

  The Do not add commas option is available only when English is selected. It does not appear for other languages.
