How to reply (all) as meeting request in Outlook?

Reply (all) as meeting request in Outlook 2010 and 2013
The follow steps will guide you to reply an email message as a meeting request in Outlook 2010 and 2013.
Step 1: Open a mail folder in the Navigation pane, and select the email message that you will reply later.
Step 2: Click the Meeting button in the Respond group on the Home tab.
Step 3: Then you will get into the Meeting window, see the following screen shot.
In the Meeting window, change meeting time, add meeting location and meeting attendees, compose the meeting invitation, and then click the Send button.
Reply (all) as meeting request in Outlook 2007
This section will introduce the steps about replying (all) an email message as a meeting request in Microsoft Outlook 2007.
Step 1: Open a mail folder in the Navigation pane, and select the email message that you will reply later.
Step 2: Click the Edit > Copy to Folder in the ribbon.
Step 3: In the Copy Items dialog box, expand a data file and select the Calendar folder under it, then click the OK button.
Step 4: In the popping out Appointment window, click the Invite Attendees button on the Appointment tab. See screen shot:
Step 5: Click the To⦠button in the new added To field.
Step 6: In the popping out Select Attendees and Resources dialog box, firstly select attendees, then click the Required -> button, and at last click the OK button.
Note: To select multiple adjacent attendees, please hold the Shift key and click the first attendee and the last one.
To select multiple nonadjacent attendees, please hold the Ctrl key and click each attendee separately.
Step 7: In the Meeting window, change meeting time, add meeting location, compose the meeting, and click the Send button.
