Warning about BCC when you reply all in Outlook

In Outlook, being in the BCC field means other recipients cannot see your name in the email. However, using the Reply All function will send your reply to all original recipients, revealing your address. To prevent this, the Warn me when replying all to a message that includes me in Bcc feature of Kutools for Outlook will display a warning dialog if you attempt to Reply All to an email where your address is in the BCC field.

- Click Kutools > Options.
- In the Options dialog box, click the Reply tab, check the Remind me when "Reply All" to a message that have me in BCC box in the Reply section, and finally click the OK button.
From now on, if you use the Reply All function to respond to a message in which you are in the BCC field, a Kutools for Outlook dialog will pop up to warn you. Click Yes to continue replying, or No to cancel the reply all.
