Quickly reply message with original attachments in Outlook

As we all known, the attached attachments will be removed from the original message when you replying a message to the recipient in Outlook. If you want to reply message with attachments, unfortunately, Outlook doesn’t offer this option directly. However, if you have Kutools for Outlook, with its Reply with Attachment feature, you can keep the original attachments when you replying the message.

Reply message with original attachments in Outlook
To keep the attachments when you reply the message, please do as follows:

1. Select the message that you want to reply with attachments in the mail listing.
2. Then apply the Reply with Attachment utility by clicking Kutools > Reply > Reply with Attachment, see screenshot:
3. And in the mail list, you can see your original attachments are attached with the message in reply statement, then edit your email content as you need.
4. After composing the message, click Send button to send it. And the recipient will receive the email with the original attachments as well.
Note:
If you have opened the email message in the Massage window, you can also apply this Reply with Attachment feature. After opening the email message, please click Kutools > Reply with Attachment to reply this message with the attachments.
