1. Click Kutools Plus > Close To Minimize. See screenshot:
From now on, Outlook will be minimized when clicking on the Close button.
Note: Make sure to close the Outlook window, you just need to click Kutools Plus > Close To Minimize again to turn off this feature. Then, close the Outlook as you need.
