How to view senders’ domain in mail list in Outlook?
In Outlook, have you even received some email messages from strange senders with only showing senders’ displaying name in the mail list? See the following screen shot. Some Outlook users may think it will be safer to get the senders’ email domain before opening their email messages. In this article, I will show you how to view or display the senders’ email domains into the mail list in Microsoft Outlook.

To view or display the senders’ email domains into the mail list in Microsoft Outlook, you can follow these ways to get it.
Step 1: Open the mail folder in which you will view or display the senders’ email domains.
Step 2: Click the Add Columns button on the View tab.
Note: In Outlook 2007, you can click the View > Current View > Customize Current View, and then click the Fields button in the popping up Customize View: Compact dialog box.
Step 3: In the coming Show Columns (or Show Fields) dialog box, click the New Column button (or New Field button).
Step 3: Now you get into the New Column (or New Field) dialog box, and:
(1) In the Name box, enter a new name for this creating column.
(2) Click the Type box, and select the Formula from the drop down list.
(3) Click the Edit button, and then enter the following text into the Formula box of dialog box. See screen shot below:

(4) Click both OK buttons to close two dialog boxes.
Step 4: Now you get back into the Show Columns (or Show Fields) dialog box, select the new created column in the Show these columns in this order box, and move it below From. See screen shot below:
Step 5: Click the OK button(s).
Now you will view each sender’s email domain is added and shown below the sender’s displaying name. See the following screen shot:
