How this formula work
To convert the decimal seconds in cell B3:B5 to Excel time in cell C3:C5, please apply below formula:
| =B3/86400 |
Press Enter key, then drag the fill handle from C3 to C5 to get a list of decimal numbers.
Then keep the results selected, press Ctrl + 1 to enable the Format Cells dialog, under Number tab, click Time from the Category section, then choose one type of time formats you want from the Type section.
Click OK. The decimal numbers have been formatted as time.
Explanation
