Easily insert Equation captions in Word 2007/2010 with only one click
Is it boring to open Caption dialog box every time when inserting dozens of equation captions in Word 2007/2010? The Equation Caption tool of Kutools for Word will help you insert equation captions easily with only one click.
Not only quickly insert captions, but also you can easily insert customizing captions for equations.
Click the "Advanced" >> "Equation Caption". See screenshot (Fig. 1).

Put cursor at where you want to insert equation captions and click the "Equation Caption" button, then equation captions will be added.
Quickly insert customizing equation caption
If you want to insert customizing captions, you need to preset styles of equation caption firstly. Click the "Advanced" >> "Options" on Advanced Captions group under Advanced tab, you will get into Advanced Caption Option dialog box. And you can preset caption styles within it. See screenshot (Fig.2).

For example, we can preset the prefix as "Equation.", suffix as "Kutools for Word"; then set the Vertical position as "Right of Equation", and horizontal position as "Right"; finally click the OK button to save setting.
Now click the Equation Caption button, and you will view the equation caption is added as following screenshot:
