Convert all tables from a part of document to plain text
If you want to convert all tables in a part of document to plain text in Word, you can get it done as follows:
1. Please select a part of the document which contains the tables as shown in the below screenshot, and then applying this utility by clicking Kutools > Convert > Tables to Text.
2. Please specify a delimiter to separate the text after converting in the Convert Table to Text dialog box, and click OK button to begin converting.
3. You will see all tables in the selection of the document have been converted to text as shown in the below screenshots.

If you want to convert all tables in the whole document to plain text in Word, you can get it done as follows:
1. Please open the document or activate the document window in Word, and then applying this utility by clicking Kutools > Convert > Tables to Text.
2. Please specify a delimiter to separate the text after converting in the Convert Table to Text dialog box, and click OK button to begin converting.
3. After clicking OK button, it will display a window to confirm the operation. You will see all tables in the whole document have been converted to text as shown in the below screenshots.
