Quickly select current page or select any pages in Word

In a Word document, selecting specific pages can be challenging, especially when you only want to select certain pages rather than the entire document. However, with Kutools for Word’s Select Page utility, you can easily select the current page or any pages you need with just a few clicks. This tutorial will guide you through the steps to:

Click Kutools > Select Page.

Select the current page of the document with one click

Please apply the Select Current Page by clicking Kutools > Select Page > Select Current Page. The page where your cursor is located will be selected. 

Select all odd pages of the document with one click

If you want to select all pages with odd page numbers, you can do the following:

1. Click Kutools > Select Page > Select Odd Pages.

2. In the popping out Kutools for Word dialog, click the OK button.

Then, all odd pages in the current document are selected in bulk immediately.

Select all even pages of the document with one click

If you want to select all pages with even page numbers, you can do the following:

1. Click Kutools > Select Page > Select Even Pages.

2. In the popping out Kutools for Word dialog, click the OK button.

Then all even pages in the current document are selected in bulk at once.

Select any pages you want easily

You can quickly select any pages you want using the Select Pages utility. For example, you can quickly select all pages from Page 10 to Page 27. You can also quickly select page 3, page 5, page 8, page 11, or any specified pages at once.

• Supposing you want to select all pages from page 3 to page 8, you can get it done as follows:

  1. Click Kutools > Select Pages > Select Pages.

  2. Specify the settings in the Select Pages dialog box. And you will see the result as shown in the following screenshots.
  

• If you want to quickly select page 2, page 5, and page 8, you can get it done as follows:

  1. Click Kutools > Select > Pages > Select Pages.

  2. Specify the settings in the Select Pages dialog box. And you will see the result as shown in the following screenshots.
