Quickly select all ready-made shapes in whole document in Word

If you want to apply one type of shape to all shapes in whole document, the first and most important thing is to select all shapes in the document. There is not an easy way for you to quickly select all shapes in the document, but with Kutools for Word’s Select Shapes utility, you can quickly select all shapes in the document with one click.

If you want to select all ready-made / drawing shapes as shown in the below screenshot, you can quickly get it done as follows:

1. Activated the document that you want to select all drawing shapes, and then apply the utility by clicking Kutools > Shapes.

2. After clicking Shapes, a prompt box is popped out to remind you how many shapes will be selected, see screenshot:

 

3. Then, click OK button, you will see all shapes in current document have been selected. See screenshots:
