Quickly remove all page breaks in Word 2007/2010
It is easy to remove one page break with deleting page break symbol manually in Word 2007/2010. What if removing all page breaks in a long document? Remove all page breaks in the whole document
Just click the Remove Page Break option under Remove Breaks button, all page breaks in current document will be removed as soon as possible.

Remove all page breaks in a selection
If you only want to delete all page breaks in a selection of current document, firstly select this a part of this document, and then click the Remove Page Break option under Remove Breaks button, now all page breaks in this selection will be removed immediately.
Keep all format styles of current documents
Format styles of some paragraphs or texts may be lost when we manually delete page breaks. Kutools for Word's Remove Page Breaks tool can keep all format styles of current documents after removing all page breaks.
For example, I insert a manual page break above a heading 4 text, then I delete the page break symbol in draft view, and now you will view that the heading 4 becomes normal text. If you apply the Remove Page Breaks tool of Kutools for word, the heading styles are maintained.
