How to rename hyperlink in Outlook?
By default, when you type in an email address in the email body, after clicking the Space key or the Enter key, it will be turned to a hyperlink automatically with the email address showing. Rename hyperlink in Outlook
For renaming hyperlink in Outlook, please do as follows.
1. Right click on the hyperlink you want to rename.
2. Then click Edit Hyperlink in the right-clicking menu.
3. In the Edit Hyperlink dialog box, clear the content in the Text to display box, and then type in the words you want to display. Click the OK button. See screenshot:
4. Then you can see the hyperlink displayed texts are replaced with the new one you specified.
