How to move Outlook data file (PST files) or emails to new computer?

Move Outlook data file (PST Files) or emails to new Computer
Please follow below steps to move Outlook data files or PST files to your new computer.
1. Open the Microsoft Outlook in your old computer, next right click the email account whose Outlook data file you will move, and then select the Open File Location from the right-clicking menu.
Now the folder containing the Outlook data file of selected email account is opening.
2. Please close the Microsoft Outlook in your old computer.
3. Go to the opening folder, right click the Outlook data file, and select Copy from the right-clicking menu.
4. Paste the Outlook data file in your new computer.
5. Open the Microsoft Outlook in your new computer, and click File > Open & Export (or Open) > Open Outlook Data File.
6. In the popping up Open Outlook Data File dialog box, please open the destination folder you pasted the Outlook data file just now, click to select the Outlook data file, and click the OK button.
And now the Outlook data file is moved to your new computer, and opened in the Microsoft Outlook.
Note: This method just moves the Outlook Data File (including emails, calendars, contacts, tasks, etc.) to the Outlook in your new computer. However, for receiving emails continuously via the specified email account in future, you have to add this email account to the Outlook in your new computer.
