Easily Add Cross Reference for Tables, Figures and Equations in Word 2007/2010

The Word’s Cross-reference operation is a little bit complicated, why can’t this operation just function as Copy and Paste in Word? Kutools for Word’s Pick Up Caption and Put Down Reference is just what I am talking about. You can simply copy reference content (only Caption) you want to cross-reference by clicking Pick Up Caption, and then put the cursor to the position you want to cross-reference the reference content and then click Put Down Reference. By now, the Cross-reference operation is done, just as simple as Copy and Paste.
