Thank you for these instructions. They were very helpful, but when I follow these steps I can get it to work, but the actual group member names are not listed. Only the Contact Group Name: and then under Members: it repeats the Contact Group name (and does not list the members. Any idea what I'm doing wrong and how to fix the problem?

Same here. I get the name of the group and the admins and notes, but NO contacts listed at all. It's highly frustrating.

man.... I looked everywhere and this was it! One thing I will note, I had a group contact that couldn't be expanded. To do this, I expanded the list from my email, copied the recipients and then created a new contact group and pasted the names from my email in the members section at the bottom in the new group window. This populated the names and emails in two separate columns that allowed me to save into the text file and import into excel. Thanks again!
