Quickly add or convert distribution list members to individual contacts in Outlook

How could you quickly create or save each email address of a contact group to an individual contact Outlook? Here introduce the Break (contact group) utility of Kutools for Outlook. With this utility, you can quickly save / convert all members of a distribution list into individual contacts in Outlook.

You can do as follows to convert or save all members in distribution list to individual contact in Outlook.

1. Shift to the Contacts (People) view and open a contact folder which contains the contact group you want to break up, then select that contact group.

If the interface of the Kutools is in narrow mode, please click Kutools Plus> Contact group > Break. See screenshot:

If the interface of the Kutools is in wide mode, please click Kutools> Contact group > Break. See screenshot:

2. In the Break dialog box, check the contacts you need to break or click the All button to select all contacts to break. And in another popping up Contact Group dialog box, click the Yes button.

Now all members of selected contact group are converted to individual contacts, and the original contact group is deleted at the same time. See screenshot:
