Kutools for Outlook

In Outlook, you may receive emails with specified reply-to address, when reply to that email, the replies will go to the reply-to address than the original sent mailbox. In certain case, you may want to search and list all messages which contain the reply-to address of the selected email. Normally, you should display the Have Replies Sent To field into the mailing list, and then type the reply to address into the search box to achieve, however, if you have Kutools for Outlook, with its (Search) Message Contains Reply to Address feature, you can search all emails that contain the reply to email address of selected message with only one click.

To search all emails which contain the reply to address of selected email, please do as this:

1. Select a message from the mailing list that you want to search emails based on its reply to address, and then click Kutools > Search > Message Contains Reply to Address, see screenshot:

2. And then, the reply to address of the selected email will be automatically inserted into the Search field, all emails which contain this reply to address have been listed immediately.

1. If there is no reply to address in your selected email, a prompt box will pop out to remind you, see screenshot:

2. Besides, you can apply this feature by right-clicking on the email, and then selecting Find Related (Kutools) > By Current Reply To > Message Contains Reply to Address from the context menu. See screenshot:
