Sometimes, you may designate a specific reply to address for one email in order to receive the responses to that email in the address you specified, or receive some emails with specified reply to address in Outlook. If you want to search all emails containing the reply to address domain from a selected message, how could you solve this task in Outlook? This article, I will introduce a handy feature – (Search) Current Reply To Domain of Kutools for Outlook, with this feature, you can quickly search all emails based on the selected email’s reply to address domain.

For searching the emails with the selected email’s reply to address domain, please do as this:

1. Select a message from the mailing list that you want to search emails based on its reply to address domain, and then click Kutools > Search > Current Reply To Domain, see screenshot:

2. And then, the reply to address domain of selected email will be automatically inserted into the Search field, all emails containing the same email domain have been listed immediately. See screenshot:

1. If there is no reply to address in your selected email, a prompt box will pop out to remind you, see screenshot:

2. You can also apply this feature by right-clicking on the email, and then selecting Find Related (Kutools) > By Current Reply To > Current Reply To Domain from the context menu. See screenshot:
