I want to put my voting buttons (as clickable buttons) at the bottom of the message after the survey question. I do not want the "buttons" buried in a nearly hidden message bar at the top of the message. How do I do this?

Is there a way to add a permanent custom voting choice to Outlook? We use the same custom voting on a lot of emails everyday and I'd like to know if there is a way to add it permanently so that I don't have to create it with each email. Thanks!
