  1. Click the File in the upper-left corner of the screen.
  2. Select Info >> Account Settings then Account Settings… again.
  3. outlook-personal-folder
  4. Click the Data Files tab.
  5. Click Add…
  6. Either browse to an existing PST file that you already have, or provide a file name to create a new Personal Folder.
  7. Click OK, then Close.
