Convert selected text between half-width and full-width in Outlook
When we type words, space, punctuations in a composing, replying, or forwarding message window in Outlook, the words, space, etc. are half-width by default. The half-width characters are narrow horizontally. Some Outlook users may want to change the half-width characters to full-width or vice versa. This tutorial will show you how to convert the characters in the selected text between half-width and full-width.

When composing, replying, or forwarding an email in Outlook, you can easily convert the half-width characters to full-width or vice versa as follows:
1. Select the text that you want to convert characters to half-width or full-width.
2. Go to the Font group on the Format Text tab, click Change Case > Half-width or Full-width as you need.
Not the characters in the selected text are converted to half-width or full-width as you specified.
