How to print reminder list in a certain calendar in Outlook?
Some users prefer organizing their work schedules with reminders in Outlook. Occasionally, there may be a need to print the reminder list. Although it seems impossible to print the list directly from the Reminder window, you can display all reminders by changing the calendar view and then print the list. Here's how to print the reminder list from a specific calendar folder in Outlook.
The following step-by-step guide will help you print the reminder list in a specific calendar folder in Outlook.
1. Open the calendar folder you want to print reminders from, then go to the View tab and click "Change View" > "List".

Note: In Outlook 2007, go to "View" > "Current View" > "All Appointments".
2. In Outlook 2010 and 2013, click "View Settings" on the View tab. In Outlook 2007, click "View" > "Current View" > "Customize Current View".
3. In the dialog box that appears, click the "Filter" button.

4. In the Filter dialog, switch to the "Advanced" tab and:
- Click "Field" > "All Appointment fields" > "Reminder";
- Select "equals" from the "Condition" drop-down list;
- Select "Yes" from the "Value" drop-down list;
- Click "Add to List", then click "OK".

5. Back in the main dialog, click the "Columns" (or "Fields") button.

6. In the Show Columns dialog box:
- Select "All Appointment fields" from the "Select available columns from" list;
- Highlight "Reminder Beforehand" from the available columns;
- Click "Add";
- Move "Reminder Beforehand" below "Subject" by clicking "Move Up";
- Click "OK".

7. Click "OK" again to exit the main settings dialog.
8. Click "File" > "Print" > "Table Style", then click "Print".

Note: In Outlook 2007, simply go to "File" > "Print".
