Quickly set/change default text zoom in Outlook
Kutools for Outlook
For example you change the zoom slider to 120% when composing a new message in Outlook, and the specified text zoom will be applied to all composing/replying/forwarding message windows in future. But reading message windows don’t adopt this text zoom scheme. Even if you have changed the text zoom to specific percentage when reading an email, this text zoom percentage won’t be kept for all the other emails. Kutools for Outlook has an option which can change the text zoom of reading, composing, replying and forwarding email windows to specific percentage.
Office Tab: Enable Tabbed Editing and Browsing in Office, Just Like Chrome, Firefox, IE 8/9/10.
Classic Menu: Bring Old Menus and Toolbars Back to Office 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019.
Kutools for Outlook has an option which can help you change or set the default text zoom for all reading/composing/replying/forwarding message windows.
1. Click the Kutools > Options.
2. In the opening Options dialog box, go to the Zoom tab, and:
(1) Check the Enable auto zoom (Percent) in read, compose and reply window option;
(2) Type a percentage into the zoom lever box, or click the button besides the box and specify a percentage from the drop down list.
3. Click the OK button.
From now on, the specified text zoom will be automatically and permanently applied to all message windows when you reading, composing, replying, or forwarding email messages. See screenshot:
Note: This utility cannot change the default text zoom of reading pane in the main interface of Microsoft Outlook.

The Zoom function is currently only working when opening each email individually, closing the window, and then opening the next email in its own window. Thank you!
