How to change/customize the navigation pane font size in Outlook?

In Outlook, there is no feature for you to directly change the font size of the navigation pane. You can adjust the navigation pane’s font size by changing the general Appearance settings of Windows.
1. Go to "Start" > "Control Panel" > "Appearance and Personalization" > "Personalization," and in the window, click the "Window Color" option. See screenshot:
2. Then click the "Advanced appearance settings" hyperlink.
3. In the popped-out Window Color and Appearance dialog, under the "Item" dropdown list, choose "Menu," then change the font and size as you need. See screenshot:
4. After finishing the settings, click "OK" > "Save changes" to close the dialogs. The font and size in the navigation pane will now be changed.
