How to open email in web browser in Outlook?
As some special emails cannot be read well in Outlook, opening these emails and viewing them in a web browser can help you solve this problem. Besides viewing better in a web browser, you can also use more features of the web browser, such as "Print," which Outlook doesn’t offer for some special print options.

To open an email in a web browser, please do as follows.
1. Open the email you want to view in the browser, then click "Actions" > "View in Browser" under the "Message" tab in Outlook 2010 and 2013.
2. In the popping-up "Microsoft Outlook" prompt box, click the "OK" button.
After clicking the "OK" button, the email will be opened in the web browser immediately.
Note: This "View in Browser" function can only work with HTML format messages.
