How to switch between schedule view and vertical view in Outlook calendar?
In Outlook 2010 and 2013, you can switch the vertical to schedule layout when you select 5 or more calendars and will switch back to the vertical view when only one calendar is selected by default. If you have three calendars in your Outlook and you want to display them in schedule layout, you can switch between schedule view and vertical layout manually or automatically with the following article shown.

Manually switch between schedule view an vertical view
Supposing you have three calendars with the Month view displayed vertically side by side, you can quickly switch this view to schedule layout by clicking the Schedule View command, see screenshots:
Note: You can also click the Schedule View command to change the vertical layout to schedule view under the Day / Work Week / Week view.
Automatically switch between schedule view and vertical view
For automatically switch between schedule view and vertical view, please do as follows.
1. Click File > Options.
2. In the Outlook Options dialog box, please do as follow.
1). Click Calendar in the left bar, and go to the Display options section;
2). To auto switch from vertical layout to schedule view, please check the Automatically switch from vertical layout to schedule view when the number of displayed calendars is greater than or equal to box and change the number to the one you need;
3). To auto switch from schedule view to vertical layout, check the Automatically switch from schedule view to vertical layout when the number of displayed calendar is fewer than or equal to box, and change the number to the one you need;
4). Click the OK button. See screenshot:
Note: In this case, I change the numbers of this two boxes to 3 and 2 separately.
From now on, when I select 3 or more calendars, Outlook calendar will switch to schedule view automatically. And it will returns to vertical layout when the number of displayed calendars is equal or fewer than 2.
