How to search Outlook global address list with advanced find?
By default, when you search for a contact in Outlook, the global address list is not included in the search scope. Therefore, any contacts that exist only in the global address list will not appear in the results. In this article, we will show you how to search contacts in the Outlook global address list using advanced find.

To search for contacts in the Outlook global address list, please follow these steps:
1. Open the "Address Book" dialog box.
1). In Outlook 2010 and 2013, click the "Address Book" button in the "Find" group under the "Home" tab. See screenshot:
Or you can open the Address Book by pressing "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "B" on your keyboard.
2. In the "Address Book" dialog box, select "Global Address List" from the "Address Book" drop-down box, then click "Advanced Find".
3. In the "Find" dialog box, enter your search conditions into the appropriate fields, then click the "OK" button.
Then the contacts in the "Global Address List" that match your search conditions will be listed in the "Address Book" dialog box immediately.
Note: If you only need to search with one condition, you can select the "More columns" option, enter the keyword into the box, and click the "Go" button. See screenshot:
