How to create flag for follow-up a message in Outlook?

Sometimes, you may need to track the responses to messages that you sent. In these cases, you can create flag for following up a message in Outlook.

1. In the message window, before sending, click "Message" > "Follow Up" > "Add Reminder". See screenshot:

2. In the "Custom" dialog, you can do as following settings.

3. Click "OK", then send.

Note: If both of your email account and your recipient’s email account are POPs, the flagged message will be added into your and your recipient’s Outlook task list automatically.
