After composing an email message, please do as steps below:
Step 1. Click "Kutools" > "AI".

The "Kutools AI pane" displays in the right side of the message.

Step 2. Click the "Check" tab (if this tab is not visible, click the "Skill Library Management" icon and add this skill to the pane list). Then, click the "Generate" button.

The spelling and grammar errors will be displayed in the pane.
