How to auto filter or move emails to a folder based on sender in Outlook?
In Outlook, you may receive hundreds of emails from dozens of different senders every day. But for better organize the emails, you may want to filter or move the emails to a folder based on sender. Here I introduce the method to auto move emails to a folder based on sender.

In Outlook, you can create a rule to auto move emails by sender to a specific folder.
1. Select the email you want to move all emails based on its sender, click Rules > Always Move Message From.
2. In the Rules and Alerts dialog, you can select a folder to place the emails from the sender. Or click New to go to the Create New Folder dialog, give the new folder a name in Name textbox, select Mail and Post Items from Folder contains drop-down list, and then select an account to place the new folder in the Select where to place the folder section.
3. Click OK > OK, then all existing emails from this sender have been moved to the specified folder at the same time. From now on, all incoming emails from the sender will be auto moved to this folder.

If you just want to move the existing emails from someone to a specific folder, you can use Emails from the sender of Kutools for Outlook to filter the emails from one sender first, and then move them to a folder.

Free install Kutools for Outlook, and then do as below steps:
1. Select the email which you want to move all emails based on its sender, click Kutools > Search > Emails from the sender.
2. All emails came from the sender have been filtered, select all of them by pressing Ctrl + A, and right click to select Move > Other Folder.
3. In Move Items dialog, select a folder to place the emails, or click New to create a new folder to place.
4. Click OK > OK, then all existing emails from the sender have been moved to the specific folder.
Tip: If you want to automatically move the emails from sender, you can click Move > Always Move Messages in This Conversation in step 2.
